Land Resource Management Group (LRMG) was founded in 2004 in response to a growing demand for multi-disciplinary professional expertise in ecological and environmental services. Since then, LRMG has grown into a regionally recognized leader in natural resources consulting, environmentally focused planning and design, environmental engineering, and natural areas restoration management.

Our main office is in New Buffalo, Michigan, to serve our valued clients throughout Northeastern Illinois, Northwest Indiana, Southeast Wisconsin and Southwest Michigan. Our staff of professional scientists, environmental and water resource engineers, landscape architects and restoration ecologists is dedicated to meeting and exceeding every client’s expectations by delivering innovative yet practical solutions that benefit our clients while serving our region’s environment, natural resources, and economy in a positive manner.

We address complex issues of today’s Midwestern landscape by accurately identifying and assessing its natural resources, protecting and restoring these resources, and providing sustainable designs for the interface of natural and developed lands. As founder of LRMG, Paul instills his vision of "land to water stewardship" to all our works with his practical knowledge, contagious enthusiasm, and total dedication to our clients and the environment. Paul has 20 years of professional experience in private practice as a consulting ecologist, restoration management professional, and sustainable site designer, having successfully managed over 1,200 environmentally focused projects within the land development, transportation, utility, energy, and municipal markets he has serviced.
